Customs and Import Duties

For any parcel delivered to a destination outside of Malaysia, there might be a customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.


Once your order has been processed and packed, a unique tracking code will be emailed to you to keep tabs on the status of your parcel. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. If you haven’t received it, please check your Junk Mail in case its there.

Paid orders made before 2pm will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.


Returns must be made within 10 days of parcel arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Qenza reserves the right to assess the condition of all returned goods.

This may result in the goods not accepted for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you will be refunded in the form of store credit of the value of items bought. An email notification will be sent to you once your store credit has been updated.
